Boring technical question!

For some reason Apple Works 'Help' won't tell me, but can any of you Mac users inform me how to create a macro in Apple Works?

I shall ask agentz to tell you when he gets in - I think he knows.

Hi.

Dave says you're using some variant of OS X yes?

According to this Apple support search Macros don't work in Appleworks under OS X.

You should be able to start the Classic environment and run Appleworks within that I suppose then have your Macro functionality but this may not suit what you are trying to do.

Can you use Applescript to achieve what you need?

Thanks for the speedy response!

And, godamnit, I can't believe you can't use macros in OS X. For what I'm doing (writing a "summer reading recommendations" article for a magazine) it's probably more trouble than it's worth - I just wanted to set up macros for all the different publishers so I didn't have to keep typing in their names a million times.
